Painted in 1989 by John Hood of Toronto, ON, at 228 East Main Street (former Welland Tribune building), 60' X 12'.
Three scenes are featured of the Welland Fair. The first shows livestock winners posing in 1940. In the centre shows a 1958 midway scene. Both were in the Denistoun location. The last image shows the fair at the new location on Niagara Street, with a livestock judge examining sheep.
