Painted in 1988 by Marsha Charlebois of Welland, ON, at 212 East Main Street, 46' X 10'.
It portrays the history of one of Welland's first industries, painted by a local artist. The Plymouth Cordage Company opened in 1906 and manufactured rope and twine, and were also know for their fairs, games, and family gatherings.
