Casselman, Samuel Pew, Stephen Haney, Walter W. Woodruff, Washington M. Sloan, William Bald, William Mellanby, and Zenas B. Lewis. It contains three sessions: January 28-29, June 2-7, and December 15-18. The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse.
