Booth, Ben R. Prior, Charles Daly, Clarence Somerville, Edward E. Hately, Edward G. Hill, Ellis P. Morningstar, Ernest Gorham, George F. Broadley, Harry Kramer, Horace E. Kilman, John A. Barron, John Curtis, John E. Willford, John J. Wichmann, Nick Zenchuk, Norman L. Smith, Robert McKenzie, Ronald A. Wilson, Roy E. Brown, Simeon Corfield, W. Herbert Smith, and William A. Webber. It contains seven sessions: January 16-22, April 17-21, June 19-22, July 13, September 25-28, November 22, and December 11-14. The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse. Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
