Current, Ambrose Cohoe, Andrew R. Booth, Edward G. Hill, Ellis P. Morningstar, Frank J. King, Fred J. Smith, George T. Richings, Harry W. Adderman, Horace E. Kilman, Irvin E. Michener, John A. Barron, John C. Kaiser, John Charles Sheldon Kaumeyer, John Curtis, John H. Atwood, John N. Allan, Norman Smith, Robert H. Gatfield, Ronald A. Wilson, Thomas Brant, W. Herbert Smith, Wallace L. Near, and William E. Webber. It contains six sessions: January 21-29, March 11, April 22-25, June 17-20, September 23-25, and December 16-19. The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse. Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
