Abell, Harry Adderman, Harry Buckner, Irvin E. Michener, James Essex, John A. Barron, John C. Kaiser, John Charles Sheldon Kaumeyer, John H. Atwood, John Horne, Roland F. Booth, Wallace L. Near, and Walter Deans. It contains four sessions: January 19-23, April 20-28, June 15-18, December 7-18. The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse. Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
