Handwritten note by Trent Anderson of Welland, reminiscing about growing up in Welland and his hockey career. He mentions Welland High School, the Welland Falcons, The Welland-Crowland Combines, and the Crowland Bisons.

Considered one of the best ever hockey players from Welland, Trent learned to skate on the Welland River and was the star player of the Welland Falcons when they won the Ontario juvenile hockey championship in 1945. He also played junior hockey with the Detroit Red Wings and was teammates with Gordie Howe and Terry Sawchuck.

This note was sent as a letter to the editor of the Welland Tribune. Undated, possibly around 2000-2010. Trent died in 2013 at age 87.
