It contains twelve sessions: January 17-20, February 28-29, March 20, April 17, May 15-17, June 19-20, July 17-18, August 21, September 18-19, October 16-17, November 20-21, and December 11 & 27.
The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse.
Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
In the minutes will be found historical decisions being made on subjects such as schools/education, bridges, public buildings, tax assessments, creation of by-laws, and more.
