Babion, Ambrose Cohoe, Christopher Schelter, Cyrenus Morningstar, D'Arcy Cropp, Edward Weightman, Ernest Gorham, Fred J. Kilgour, Frederick Schneider, George B. Lundy, George F. Broadley, H. Milford Hershey, Harold A. Howe, Harvey E. Fretz, Horace E. Kilman, Hubert Grisdale, J. Charles Gainer, J. Roy Page, James C. Morden, Jesse G. Morningstar, Patrick F. Ryan, Peter R. Warner, Roland F. Booth, Thomas F. Murray, Wallace L. Near, and Wilson Kline.
It contains four sessions: January 28-31, April 8-15, June 10-16, and December 2-5.
The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse.
Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
In the minutes will be found historical decisions being made on subjects such as schools/education, bridges, public buildings, tax assessments, creation of by-laws, and more.
