Painted in 1989 by Ted Ziegler of St. Catharines, ON, at 27 East Main Street (formerly Bingo Palace), 64' X 9'.

The Plymouth Cordage Company, the Empire Cotton Mill and National Textiles employed a large proportion of the female population of Welland. Ted Ziegler's mural is a colourful interpretation of their contribution to the industrial workforce.
