Tufts, James Alex Learn, James William Lorraway, Joseph F. Aulph, L. Douglas, Marshall Vaughn, Omer B. Neff, Samuel Burnison, Walter W. Grenville, William F. Kramer, William H. Detenbeck, William A. Hern, William J. Somerville, and William Jones Best.
It contains two sessions: January 26-29, and March 9-10.
The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse.
Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
