Barrick, Emanuel W. Fares, Ernest Alexander Cruikshank, Francis W. Krafft, Frank E. Misener, Haggia G. A. Cook, Henry Cronmiller, Herbert G. Macklem, J. Harrison Pew, James Henderson, James Taylor Deans, Lampman, Michael B. Barnhard, Norval B. Hagar, and William H. Fry.
It is incomplete, containing one session: June 5-9.
The meetings were held at the Welland County Courthouse.
Welland County was the precursor to today's Niagara Regional government (Niagara was composed of Lincoln County and Welland County from 1856-1969).
