It states: "The new Atlas Steels Limited Administration Building, Canada's first all stainless steel curtain wall building, was officially opened this afternoon, with Mrs. R. H. Davis, widow of the founder of the Welland company, cutting a stainless steel ribbon. The company anticipates that the unique structure will be the forerunner of many buildings of similar constructions in the future."
