Affectionately so called by the local citizens of Effingham's past, they are from left to right: William Norris (1842-1927), Peter Ward (1847-1924), George Beckett (1846-1928). William Norris owned the grist mill and delivered bags of flour by wagon and a pair of smart black horses.
