Description:Black and white photograph of Empire Public School, c. 1972. It opened in 1921 on the corner of Duncan and East Main Streets. Mr. John Flower was the supervising principal at its onset. It was demolished in 2016, and in 2017 Niagara’s Provincial Offences Court building opened on the same site.
