Documents include letters from Welland's Mayors to the Carnegie Corporation, as well as receipts and instructions regarding construction of the building.
These documents were displayed at the Welland Museum, the current tenant of the Carnegie building, in 2023, which was the 100th Anniversary since the building was completed.
